Our distiller is a single unit, engineered to meet and exceed the needs of start-up distilleries or be used as an advanced test still for established distilleries for vodka, whiskey, gin, fruit brandy, rum, wine spirit, and there is a possibility to produce vodka with additional vodka column.

High-performance Rectification Columns
Our high-performance columns for effective rectification and cleaning of the distillate easily realize alcohol concentrations of up to 96 % vol. – at any desired purity level.
Condensers
Water-saving and highly efficient! The pipe bundle design ensures the maximum possible heat exchange surface. We implement optimal heat recovery concepts by deploying dual and triple-circuit heat exchangers and facilitating cost-efficient production under various conditions.

Alcohol Management

They integrated alcohol reservoirs for all fractions. Manually or automatically selectable, the reservoirs are equipped with pump control systems and level switches. The digital concentration and volume data recording for the various fractions facilitates effective company-internal production planning.

Copper Catalyzed

Our proprietary and patented flagella design significantly contribute to improving the distillate. The innovative catalyzed technology guarantees a reduction of unwanted acid content and cyanide and ethyl carbonate levels.

Copper Tube Dephlegmator

The copper tube bundle allows for the most efficient use of the available room when installing a heating and cooling system. Numerous narrow cooling pipes combine to generate a massive, efficient cooling surface. This means the deflector uses far less water while still doing its job. This deflector has a unique design that allows the cooling area and, by extension, the cooling effect to be adjusted indefinitely with a simple control system.

CIP Cleaning System

Effective cleaning of the entire distillation unit using an integrated high-pressure rinsing system. Rotating all access nozzles enables rinsing of all components, which can be cleaned with either hot water or cleaning agents. Clean copper surfaces guarantee the highest distillate quality. Using the cleaning system is as simple as can be.
Heating Steam or water bath. Our high-performance units are equipped with devices for quick and even raw material heating. The heating control can be manually or automated via pressure/temperature control systems. Condensate or waste gas heat recovery solutions are implemented as required and tailored to the individual units.

• Fast heat conduction and energy saving. The material of our stills is thicker than the stills offered by many other manufacturers. We use C12200 purple copper as our copper material, and it is a unique material for pressure vessels and contains 99.9% pure copper with suitable heat treatment performance.
