Ace mash tuns are custom-built to the customer's specifications. Don't worry if you're new to distilling; we've got your back! Our engineers can advise you on the best design for the spirits you'll be making. The type of mash tun you select will be determined by the type of spirit you intend to produce. A mash tun that can mix thick mash as well as heat the mash is required for bourbon or rye whiskey. A mash tun designed for single malt (Scotch) whiskey will have a flat bottom with screens and rakes for lettering.
Distillation fermentor range from the most basic open-top single-wall vessels to closed conical bottom vessels with insulation, cladding, and mixers. Let us help you figure out what kind of fermentor will work best for your distillery and your budget.
