Floating Lid Wine Tank
A Variable Capacity Tank, also known as floating lid wine tank or always full tank, is popular for small-batch premium winemaking. To protect the juice from air, the lid can be raised and lowered (oxygen).
A floating Lid tank makes the liquid within the tank vary by shifting the lid height, eliminating probable oxidization caused by a half-tank of wine. A float LID tank is a multipurpose wine tank that may be used for fermenting dry red wine and storing and buffering. It is commonly used in small wineries for many purposes. Aside from wineries, float LID tanks are often utilized in cider production.

Floating Lid Wine Tank Configurations:
- Sanitary stainless steel AISI304 or AISI316L
- External finish: brushed; internal finish: 2B
- Welds on the inside will be ground, pickled, and passivated.
- Cylindrical shape

- Four legs with foot pads and leveling tubes each.
